Sab sa pahla oil garam kar ke payaz fry kar lean light golden brown ho jaya to motton add kar dean.

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 10minute now add tomato and cook for 5minute add all spices and cook.

Now add water and cook for until meat tender now add yogurt and cook for 3minute.

Add some water and cover for 10minute.
- 5
Add garam masala and coriander and serve.
