Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsamak rice
  2. 1/4 cupsabudana
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 tbsprock salt
  5. as needed curry leaves
  6. 1/4 tbspBlack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 1cup samak rice and 1/4th cup sabudana for 4 hours

    Grind both into a fine paste..

    Add 1cup curd,rock salt,blk pepper and Lil water.. (Also add pinch of baking powder if u want I dint add) Batter should be like idli batter..

    Grease stand and steam it for 5 minutes..

    Serve with coriander or coconut chutney.

    Tips:

    instead of baking powder u can use few drops of lemon juice it makes idli super soft..

    U can add vegetables also which u can eat in fast and curry leaves also...
