Ingredients

  1. Asparagus tips
  2. Enough prosciutto
  3. Enough puff pastry
  4. Egg to glaze

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180. Wash and dry asparagus. Wrap each one in prosciutto

  2. 2

    Slice pastry into strips. Wrap a strip around each one. Place on a baking sheet and glaze with egg

  3. 3

    Roast for about 25 minutes until golden brown 😊
