Bangladeshi Coconut Milk Pulao Recipe is a traditional rice recipe made with the aromatic Chinigura rice and coconut milk by adding some aromat Spices. It's very popular for it's special aromat coconut flavor.

Occasionally we, Bangladeshi people eat this rice with many curry. I would like to add a beef Curry with Coconut flavor into it.
With this super aromat coconut flavored beef Curry, coconut milk Pulao will be very delicious to eat.

Ingredients

  1. For Coconut Milk Pulao:
  2. 1 cupChinigura rice soaked in water
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1/2 cupCoconut Milk
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonginger-garlic paste
  7. 2green chillies
  8. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  9. 1 tablespoonchopped onions
  10. 1 tablespoonoil
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. For Beef Coconut Curry:
  13. 2 cupbeef chopped in medium large size
  14. 1/2 cupwater
  15. 1 cupCoconut Milk
  16. piecesSome whole coconut
  17. 2 tablespoonchopped onions
  18. 2 tablespoonoil
  19. To tasteSalt
  20. 2 teaspoonginger-garlic paste
  21. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  22. 1 teaspoonturmericpowder
  23. 2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  24. 1.5 teaspoongaram masala powder
  25. 2 tablespoonsour yougard
  26. 2bay leaves
  27. 1/2 teaspoonbrown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    For Coconut Milk Pulao: take rice cooker and put all the ingredients for this recipe into it and cover the cooker.

    Turn on the rice cooker and cook it until it's perfectly done. Then stop the cooker.

    For Beef Coconut Curry: cut wash the beef and put it into a bowl. Put all the ingredients without water, coconut milk, bay leaves and oil into it.

    Now give it a perfect mix and keep it aside for an hour Marination.

    After that, take a frypan. Put some oil and heat it up on stove. Now put bay leaves into it and fry 1 minutes. Put all the marinated beef mixture into the oil and stir fry covering the pan until all the inner water bring out from the beef.

    After that, put water and coconut milk into it and cook it until the beef become 100% boiled, soft and done. Then stop the flame immediately.

    Take a big thali/plate and serve the rice with curry.you can Garnish it by your own choices.
