Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 0.5 cupCurd
  3. As neededWater
  4. To tasteSalt as per taste
  5. As neededChopped Coriander leaves
  6. 1Chopped tomatoes
  7. 1Chopped onions
  8. 1Chopped capsicum
  9. As neededBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take suji and curd and mix it.

    Add water to make a thin consistency.

  3. 3

    Add salt,black pepper and Coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Now keep it covered for some time

  5. 5

    Now heat a pan and put ghee on it and spread suji and curd mixture on to it

  6. 6

    Add Tomatoes,onion and capiscum on other side of uttapam.

  7. 7

    Once a side gets roasted turn to other side and get Vegetables roasted.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
