Ingredients

8-9 person
  1. 1 cupChickpea flour (Basan)
  2. Salt as your taste
  3. 1 tspWhite zeera
  4. Ajwein half tsp
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. Water
  7. 2 slicePotato
  8. 5-6Green chilli
  9. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Basan), Salt, Zeera,

    Ajwein, Red chilli powder. & mix all the dry ingredients.

    Then add water & make a liquid paste.

  4. 4

    Peel potato and cut into round slices. Dip slices in the batter and fry until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Now Potato Pakora is ready to Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise, or any kind of chutney as your desire.
