Ingredients

  1. Parboiled rice
  2. Meat stock
  3. vegetable oil
  4. Onion chopped
  5. Garlic minced
  6. canned peas
  7. Carrot cubed
  8. Bell pepper chopoed
  9. Season
  10. Curry
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and fry your rice until it becomes dry and crisp

  2. 2

    Add stock,seasoning,curry,garlic,salt nd cover to simmer

  3. 3

    When it is almost cooked add your carrot,onion and bell pepper and allow to simmer for some minutes.

  4. 4

    Turn off the heat,strain out your peas and add.

  5. 5

    Serve with fried beef
