Bacon and Pea Fried Rice

Steps

Cook the rice by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Add the rice and stir. Cook for 10 minutes and then turn down the heat to low and let the water steam away.

While rice is cooking, fry the bacon, onion and garlic in a pan with the olive oil until bacon is golden.

Add chicken. Mix well.

Add the rice in the pan, season with salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.

Add peas and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes while stirring.

Serve
