  1. super grain
  2. 1/2cup of millet
  3. 1/2cup of mixed Quinoa
  4. Soaked with blue pea flower (2 hours)
  5. Coconut oil
  6. creamy kerabu dressing
  7. 1/2cup Greek Yogurt
  8. 1/4cup Olive Oil
  9. 2 tbspHoney
  10. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  11. 1clove garlic, crushed
  12. 1pinch of McCormick’s Chili Flakes
  13. 1pinch of salt
  14. sides
  15. 1/2Carrot, shredded
  16. 1/2Japanese cucumber, shredded
  17. 1/2Mango
  18. Handful of baby tomato, cut small
  19. 1/2big onion, chopped
  20. 1/2Pomegranate
  21. 2spoon of toasted coconut (kerisik)
  22. Salad of choice
  23. Trout 200g marinated with salt, pepper and turmeric

Cara Memasak

    1. Cook the super grain with blue pea flower water and coconut oil

  2. 2

    2. Prepare the sides ingredients and kerabu dressing to give time for trout to be well marinated

  3. 3

    3. Fry the marinated trout with oil

  4. 4

    4. Serve together, mix well the Kerabu before eating - it should have a little spicy from onion, sour from tomato and sauce, sweet from mango and fragrant taste from the trout. Add chili sauce/sambal of choice
