Boil all the vegetables first than,make gravie,take pan than put oil into pan after that put Hing than chili garlic's past it becomes little pink like than put onion past than it becomes little pink like put tomato's past,than put chili powder,turmice powder,put salt on the bases of your taste,than put garam masala,keep it at low flame when it's colour becomes slight dark than put boil vegetable and crush it or mashe it after that,keep it on low flame,when it comes on oil than put in the bowl
