Here I cook brown rice and grinded in a mixer jar to make flour. Sieved twice to get thin flour. Take a pan add water to boil on full heat. Add oil jeera,pasta salt. When boil starts add soda stir well. Now turn on slow flame.

Add gradually rice flour.. stir with a wooden spatula or roiling pin. Make sure the mixture should lump free. Cover a lid cook for 5 mins.

Make all khichu donuts Sprinkle aachar masala. And oil.

Ready to serve.
