  1. 200 gmsHakka noodles :
  2. 1Onion : thinly sliced
  3. 1Carrot : thin long pieces
  4. 1Red bell pepper : thinly sliced
  5. 1/2 Cabbage : thinly sliced
  6. 1Spring onion green
  7. 2 TbspOil :
  8. 2 tspVinegar :
  9. 2 TbspSoya sauce :
  10. 2 TbspRed chilli sauce :
  11. 1 tspGarlic
  12. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    For noodles boiling

    Take a pan add sufficient water and some salt and let it boil till it gets 90% cooked.Add some oil so that it won't stick to each other and strain it out.

    Take a pan add oil and add some chopped garlic and thinly sliced onion and chopped green chilli.After this add all veggies like carrot thinly sliced, shredded cabbage,red bell paper and spring onion..

    Let the veggies cook for 2 min and then add vinegar, soya sauce and red chilli sauce..

    Finally add cooked noodles and toss it together for proper mixing..

    Garnish it with green spring onion and serve hot..
