  1. 1 bowlchana daal
  2. 1 bowlkneaded flour
  3. 1 inchginger crushed
  4. 2green chillies
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. handfulcoriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  8. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  9. as requiredGhee for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana daal for half an hour, now boil it by adding salt with little water. Take 2 -3 whistles.

    When daal is cooked spread it in thali add all spices red chilli salt green chillies coriander leaves mix well let it cool.

    Now roll roti and stuff the daal mixture. Roll it again now roast it from both sides.

    Serve it with curd chutney and mango.
