Cooking Instructions

Take wheat flour in a bowl and add sufficient water to make dough.

Make 6 balls out of the dough. Take one ball and roll out a Roti out of it.

Apply ghee on the Roti. Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, salt on it.

Spread evenly and cut from one end till center, fold that triangle anti-clockwise and make a triangle.

Roll this triangle into medium thick paratha. Roast on tawa from both sides till golden brown. Add ghee from all sides. Enjoy with chutney or as it is.
