  1. 500 gmLauki (gourd)
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Tomato
  4. 1/4 cupOil
  5. 1 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  6. 1 TspSalt
  7. 1/2 TspHaldi
  8. 1 TspGarlic Paste
  9. 1 TspZeera
  10. 2-3Green Chillies

    Wash & peel lauki and chop in small pieces.cut onion in slice.heat oil in pan.add onion, fry to pink.add zeera, let it crackle.add lauki pieces and fry in oil without water over low-medium heat. When lauki is little soft add garlic paste.fry for a minute.add chop tomatoes, chilli, salt, haldi and fry till tomatoes are soft & oil seprates from masala. Cover & cook over low-medium heat.let lauki cook in its own water. If needed add half cup water.check in between,when lauki is all soft and mixed

    When lauki is tender & mix in masala well.add chop green chillies & mint leaves.serve hot with chapati or boil rice.
