Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. as neededOil
  4. 1 tbspjeera( cumin seeds)
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 4-5chopped green chillies
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2maggi cube
  11. 1medium size chopped carrots
  12. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  13. 8-10chopped curry leaves
  14. 1big chopped tomato
  15. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  16. 10-12fresh chopped garlic
  17. as neededDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the moong dal and rice togther and add some water and whistle till it's soft and cooked..

    Take a big pan..add oil to it..add jeera and ginger garlic paste..saute well..then add green chillies, chopped onions..cook till the onion changes it colour add chopped curry leaves,chopped carrot,choppe tomato..mix well..add spices lik red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and maggi cube very little..keep on mixing..add green peas to it..give it a good mix..nox add the cooked dalrice to it..and mix well..garnish with coriander and mix it..

    Make tadka by addin oil to the pan..add fresh chopped garlic saute well..add 1 tsp of red chilli powder mix well..add to the khichdi..mix well and serve hot..
