Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGram flour
  2. 2 bowlsclean, wash and chop fenugreek leaves
  3. 1Green chilli
  4. 2 "piece grated ginger
  5. 6-8 clovesgarlic
  6. To tastesalt
  7. To tastered chilli powder
  8. To tastegaram masala
  9. To tastechaat masala
  10. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  12. as requiredCooking Oil for deep frying
  13. as requiredwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix gram flour, all dry ingredients and grated ginger and garlic with green chilli in a mixing bowl and add water and mix well.

    Wash clean and chop fenugreek leaves.

  3. 3

    Add this fenugreek leaves in Gram flour mixture and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in karahi with the help of a spoon and fry till golden brown. Fry on medium flame.

    Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove from oil and put on a plate.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
