Ingredients

  1. 2 cupRice
  2. 1 cupchana dal /Gram dal
  3. 4green chilli finely chopped
  4. 2 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  6. 1medium size onion finely chopped
  7. 1/2 cupgreen corinder leaves finely chopped
  8. 1/3 cupwater
  9. to tasteSalt according
  10. 3 _4 tbsp Mustard Oil for frying required

Cooking Instructions

    First wash rice and Dal. Soak separately whole night or 5-6 hours.

    Take a grinder both grind. Make a smooth paste. Better no thick and no thin.

    Add all ingredients. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in vok.. Smoking oil. Take a big spoon. Put better in oil. Turn.fry both sides. One time one dushka.

    Fry golden. Serve with green chilli garlic Chutney.
