Ingredients

  1. chicken 250 gm chest cut into small cubes
  2. 3 cupboiled rice
  3. 2 table spoonsoya sauce
  4. 1 tablespoonvinagar
  5. 1 tablespoonhot sauce
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonblk pappar
  8. carrot 1 finely chopped
  9. capcicum 1 finely chopped
  10. 2egg yolks
  11. green onion for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in pan add chicken fry for 2 minutes now add chillisauce soya sauce vinegar blk pappar, saltfry 1 more minute now add carrot and capsicum fry 2 minute.Now add boiled rice mix well.add chillisauce or salt blk pepper if neccessary.

    Serve hotwith egg crapes.

    For egg crapes.whisk egg yolk now add oil in non stick pan.add 1 teaspoon oil and clean it. add eggyolk spread thinly now turn and cook for 10 second.remove from pan.roll and cut thinly.

    Add on rice.sprinkle some green onion.
