IN A BOWL BEAT EGGS UNTIL IT GETS FLUFFY. ADD SUGAR AND BEAT IT WELL. NOW ADD OIL & VANILLA ESSENCE. ON OTHER TAKE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER IN A Separate BOWL AND SIEVE FLOUR 3 TIMES. NOW ADD THIS MIXTURE IN A BOWL CONTAING EGGS.

FOLD THE FLOUR SLOWLY WITH SAPTULA. NOW IN A PREHEAT OVEN PUT THE BATTER FOR 40-45 MINS AT 180 DEGREES. ENJOYYY!!💗

This is a great muffin recipe. I just ran out of baking papers and decided to make cake. If using for muffins, fill muffin papers all the way to the top. Sprinkle strudel on top. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean. #cakes Raven -
