Take mix cup of masoor,chaana, mong daal.wash & soak for 15 minutes. Throw water, add soaked daal in pot with 1 cup water. Give a quick boil, throw the scums(jhag) that comes up on surface of boiling water.aftr a boil, reduce heat, add lal mirch,haldi, ginger paste, whole tomato in daal with 1 Tbsp oil. Let it cook over medium heat with 1 cup water.stir in between to mix daal properly.to avoid lumps.mash tomato with spoon inside daal so it will be blended well.

When all daal are sift tender & blended well. Add har mirch and let it simmer over low heat. Prepare bhagar.heat oil/ghee in pan.add sabut lal mirch, chop hari mirch,1-2 cloves chop garlic & add sizzling bhagar over daal. Cover & turn off flame.sprinkle garam masala before serving with achar & papar.enjoy with Cookpad.add butter or ghee in daal before serving if like.
