Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupchana daal
  2. 1/4 cupgreen moong dal
  3. 1/4 cupyellow moong dal
  4. 1/4 cuptoor dal
  5. 1/4 cupurad dal
  6. 1/4 cuppink lentils
  7. 2 tbspgroundnuts
  8. 2 tbspginger, garlic and chilli paste
  9. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1finely chopped onion
  12. 1finely chopped tomato
  13. 1finely cabbage
  14. as neededWater
  15. as neededOil, to deep fry

    Soak all the dal for night than grind it well, make thick batter using very little water. Add salt as per taste.

    Mix all the above given veggies and ginger, garlic and chilli paste in the better and mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and fry the pakode until crisp and golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
