Cooking Instructions

Mix makka aata, chopped methi salt carrom and paste and mix well

Knead dough with hot water It should be tight as later it will release water Give it rest for 20 mins

Roll out paratha with help of palm
- 4
Roast it on hot tawa on medium flame from both sides and apply oil
- 5
Serve it hot with pickle or chutney and enjoy
