Ingredients

5 mins for each
2 paratha
  1. 1katori makka aata(cornmeal)
  2. as needed leaves of fresh methi
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp ginger chilli paste
  6. as neededoil or ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Mix makka aata, chopped methi salt carrom and paste and mix well

  2. 2

    Knead dough with hot water It should be tight as later it will release water Give it rest for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Roll out paratha with help of palm

  4. 4

    Roast it on hot tawa on medium flame from both sides and apply oil

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with pickle or chutney and enjoy
