Cooking Instructions

    Remove the thin skin layers,wash the pumpkin leaves and slice

    Boil 2cups of water,add a little baking powder add the sliced pumpkin leaves and cover, let it boil for a few minutes

  3. 3

    On medium heat add little oil in a clean sufuria,add onions then tomatoes,add the boiled vegetables and milk let it boil for around 10 minutes and serve
