Ingredients

  1. Halfkilo liver
  2. Onions
  3. Crushed ginger n Garlic
  4. Tomato paste
  5. Milk
  6. Oil
  7. Hoho
  8. Carrots
  9. Dhania

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the upper membrane from the liver

  2. 2

    Cut into cubes

  3. 3

    Soak them in milk for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Drain the milk and wash them

  5. 5

    Heat the oil,add onions cook until translucent

  6. 6

    Add garlic n ginger then stir

  7. 7

    Add any spices of your choice like beef masala,curry powder,royco and stir in low heat for two minutes

  8. 8

    Add hoho n carrots cut into strips and continue cooking in low heat covered until soft

  9. 9

    Add the liver and mix with the other ingredients cooked and leave for 2 minutes

  10. 10

    Then add tomato paste or crushed tomato or blended tomato let them continue cooking in low heat until ready

  11. 11

    Garnish with corriander(optional) when ready.

    You can serve with rice or ugali.Bon appetite
