Many memories attached with this dish

Whenever we r on tour of Northern areas of Pakistan I always ordered mix veggies and love it bcz of freshness of veggies
In winter we get fresh and colourful veggies so this dish is must for me in winter

I uploaded this dish on one of the reputated Facebook group & many ppl like and follow my recipe with positive feedback and one of the admin select my recipe to b featured in her YouTube channel
& she did it after my permission
That’s really a give achievement for me

Day before yesterday i had a dinner dawat for my husband’s friends after a long time at my place, I decided to made dish along with other main course ,
To my surprise they like this dish a lot & give lots of appreciation & wishes

If u r veggie lover follow the recipe

P.S:
U can add or omit any veggies according to ur choice
I made this dish in large quantity so my ingredients r doubled in pics

Ingredients

20 -25 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 1Cauliflower (cut in small pc)
  2. 2Carrot (medium sized)(cubes)
  3. 3-4Potatoes (cubes)
  4. 2Capsicum (cubes)
  5. 2Tomatoes (medium sized) (finely chopped)
  6. 1 cupPea
  7. 1 cupSpring onion (chopped)
  8. 1small pc Ginger (cut in Julienne)
  9. 1 tbspZeera (cumin seeds)
  10. 3-4Whole Red button chilli (sabut lal gol mirch)
  11. 1/2 cupYoghurt
  12. To tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspMustard seed (Rai Dana)
  14. 7-8Curry leaves
  15. 2 tbspGarlic (chopped)
  16. 2 tbspRed chilli flakes
  17. 1 tspHaldi (turmeric powder)
  18. 2 tbspChicken powder (optional)
  19. 3-4Fresh green chilli
  20. 1/2 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

20 -25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, whole red button chilli, garlic & curry leaves, sauté all for couple of seconds

    Then add cauliflower & potatoes with a splash of water and cover for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add carrot & tomatoes with chilli flakes, turmeric & salt, again cover for couple of minutes

  4. 4

    When veggies are more than half done add pea & capsicum and mix it well

  5. 5

    Add yogurt with chicken powder, mix it well. Cover for couple of minutes

  6. 6

    Lastly add spring onion, mix it well,cover and turn off the stove

  7. 7

    Before serving add ginger & fresh green coriander & green chillies

  8. 8

    Tadda !!!
    Ready to eat
    Serve hot with chapati
