  1. 1/2 Cuptoor/arhar
  2. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tablespooncumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tablespoonmustard seeds
  5. 2-3chopped garlic
  6. 2dry red chilli
  7. 6-7curry leaves
  8. 1 tablespoonoil
  9. 1 pinchhing(asafoetida)
  10. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves

    Wash 1/2cup toor dal well.then transfer it to a cooker.Add 2cup water.After that add salt and turmic powder.

    Close the lid of the cooker.Cook it 5whistle.After that turn off the flame.Allow to cool naturall

    Open the lid.whisk the cooked dal.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.once oil gets hot,add hing and cumin, add mustrad seeds then add curry leaves chopped garlic & red chilli.

    Now add dal to the pan

    Add some water as consistency you like.Boil the dal for 2-3 minutes.At last chopped coriander leaves.
