I come to know at the time of wedding that my hubby loves ghar ki roti wo bhi phooli huoi do patli parrat wali.i was not good at roti making.besides ammi ky ghar seedha tawa use hota hy & susral main ulta tawa.jab khany ky waqt my hubby use to open the phooli houi roti(made by my sistr in law)& show me ky roti aisi hoti hy.i watch quietly & pray to AllahSWT ky main kb aisi roti banoun gi.aur ab hamary ghar bhi woohi phooli roti ,patli parrat wali bnti hy.my hubby still opens the parrat & eat both parts seprate as he enjoys it the most.Ye motivational post un tamam bacchion ky lye jo roti pakany sy ghabrati hain.roti phooli ho ya nahi,gool ho ya nahi,jo app apny pyaroon ky lye banain wo sab sy acha hy.Enjoy Ghar ki Roti with Cookpad.

  1. 2 cupChakki Ka Atta
  2. Water as needed to knead dough
  3. as neededDry Atta (khushki)
  4. Tawa to cook upon

Cooking Instructions

    I use Ulta Tawa for making roti at home.roti banany sy 10 mint pehly tawa ko low flame py garam hony rakh dain.

    Attay ko chaan lain. Hisb e zaroorat pani ky sath dough knead kar lain.dhak kar thori dair ky lye rakh dain. I keep atta in fridge for sometime to rest.

    Attay ky pairy (round balls) bana lain.thora dough hath main ly kar roll karty jain.goul pairy (round ball) ki shape main.

    Aik pairy ko khushki py rakhain.aik hath ki fingers sy press karain.phir doosri side sy press karain.

    Press huoy pairy ko both hands ky thumbs ki madad sy kinaroon (side) sy patla karty jain.perra thora pheel jy to bailny ky lye chkly par rakhain.

    Bailan (rolling pin) ki madad sy roti bailty jain.haath halka rakhain.roti press (chipakni) nahi chahiye.aik tarf sy bail kar doosri taraf sy balain. Thori khushki (dry atta) laga lain zaroorat ho tu.

    Baily houi roti ko aik hath ki hateeli (palm) py utha lain.aik do daafa doono palms py ghuma dain.aur phir garam tawa py dalain.

    Aik side sy colour change ho jye tu palat dain tawa ky uper.doosri side ko 5-10 sec aur siknay dain.hath ki madad sy ghumain.

    Chimty ki madad sy utha kar doosray stove ky flame py saink lain.

    Garma garam phooli phooli rotian utarty jain. Dastrkhan main rakhain or hotpot main. Khany ky waqat paish karain.ghar ki taza roti enjoy karain Cookpad ky sath.
