  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspfenugreek seeds
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 Tbspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds when it crackle then add onion slices 2 minutes fry add gingar garlic paste mix well add tomatoes and green chilli continuously stir.

    Add potatoes and brinjal add some salt mix well cook for low flames cover the lid. After 10 minutes. Open the lid and cook for few minutes continuously stir. Ready to serve. Garnishing for Coriander leaves.
