Cooking Instructions

Cut the tomatoes in small pieces.

Heat oil. Put cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies to it. And fry for a minute.

Add chopped onions to it and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add ginger garlic paste and Fri it for 2 minutes.

Now add chopped tomatoes to it and cook it by covering for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add all dry spices,sugar and salt to it and mix it properly. And add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

When it cook completely put of the flame garnish it with coriander leaves.

While serving add seb to it mix it and serve hot.
