Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmeethi leaves
  2. 150 gramspotatoes
  3. 250 gramstomatoes
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1small cup oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadhai add oil in it, then add methi leaves chopped and washed in water then put it in oil then add chopped potatoes.

    Mix it well and leave it for 5 mins on medium flame after 5 mins it will soak some of water.

    Then add tomatoes chopped, chilli and all the masalas.

    Mix it well and cook it until it will soak all water on low flame our dry aloo methi is ready to serve.
