#HappyBirthdayCookpad #IAmAmbassador #Motivationalpost . Today, I’m sharing one of my favourite Pakistani recipes with you today, the Punjabi Kadhi Pakora recipe. Punjabi Kadhi is a soupy curry with lots of pakoras in it, and is finished off with a karhi patta tadka. It’s like a Pakistani dumpling soup, but of course with a very different flavour profile. This kadhi pakora is a slightly involved recipe and it also involves slow cooking but that doesn’t really require you to be totally busy in the kitchen the whole day. But I promise, it’s all worth it in the end.

Ingredients

  1. For Pakoda :
  2. 2onion thin sliced
  3. 3chopped green chilli
  4. 2 piece (2 inch)ginger chopped
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspAjwayen
  9. 1 cupgram flour
  10. water for making paste
  11. oil for frying
  12. For Besan-Curd mixture :
  13. 1 cupthick curd
  14. 1/4 gramflour
  15. 1/2 tspturmeric
  16. 1/2 tspr chilli powder
  17. to tastesalt
  18. 1-1 1/2 cupwater
  19. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  20. Other Ingredients : for tarka
  21. 4 tbspoil
  22. 1/2cumin
  23. 5-6methi seed (fenugreek)
  24. 1/2Onion thinly sliced
  25. leavesfew curry
  26. 4_5 whole round chilli

Cooking Instructions

    First take sliced onion, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pinch of yellow food colour in a gram flour. add water to make batter of pakoda.

    Now deep frying it and separate from oil when pakoda become cook.

    In a large pot take curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.mix properly.Add water and cook in a low flame.the mix will start to thicken.

    Then add pakodas and cook for 5 min in a low flame.Now add tadka on top. (in an oil add zeera and fry till brown add curry leaves,whole chilli,methi seeds)and cover the lid.

    It's ready to eat.serve with boiled rice
