Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg beans
  2. 1potato
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. As neededOil
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspCoriander leaves
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  11. 1 tspzeera ( cumin)powder
  12. pinchhing/asafoetida

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat some oil in a pan or kadai. Add some Cumin Seeds & Hing. Now add chopped Green Beans & potatoes to the pan.

    Now add Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Salt. Mix everything

    Also add garam masala..

    Aloo Beans is ready. Serve it hot
