Ingredients

  1. 6bread slice
  2. For batter
  3. 1 cupbesan(gram flour)
  4. 1/3 spoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 spoonkasturi methi
  6. 1/4 spooncarom seeds
  7. 1/3 spoon lemon juice
  8. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  9. Pinchasafoetida
  10. As neededGhee or oil for cook pudla
  11. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    First mix all ingredients for besan batter and mix well.

    Then add one by one bread in batter and put on hot tawa. add little by little oil or ghee and cook both side when look both side brown colour and cook well then cut into pieces and serve hot with any sauce and chutney.
