Cooking Instructions

In a bowl sieve your flour,yeast add sugar and mix them together.

Break your egg in a bowl and pour water to it and mix very well.

Pour your egg mixture to your flour mixture and mix them together until you make a soft and neat dough.

Add oil to the dough and mix it again,left it in the bowl and cover with leather and leave it to rise double or put it under d sun to rise.

After the dough rise cut according to the size you want,and arrange it in a try,close with a leather and allow it to rise again.

After rising put your finger in the centre of the dough and make a hole in all.

Put the oil in pan and fry on low temperature until golden brown.

Allow it to get cool and apply your spray..

I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these!You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil.
