Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1cucumber grated
  2. 1small sized carrot grated
  3. 1beetroot grated
  4. 1small onion finely chopped
  5. 1-2green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1/2capsicum grated
  8. To taste black and white salt
  9. To tasteblack pepper powder and red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander and cumin powder
  11. Handfulcoriander leaves
  12. To tastechat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel all veggies

  2. 2

    Now finely chop and grate them.

  3. 3

    Take curd in a bowl. Whisk it well, now add all the dry masala.

  4. 4

    Now add all veggies gradually and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Enjoy this healthy raita as it is or with your meal.
