Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh curd
  2. 1/2-3/4 cupsugar(as per your taste)
  3. 1big pinch of saffron strands (melted in 2 tbsp of warm milk)

Cooking Instructions

    Hung fresh curd for 2 hours.

    In mixing bowl add hung curd and sugar and beat until sugar incorporates with hung curd and smooth mixture is formed.

    Dissolved saffron strands with warm milk by crushing method(in motar-pestle). Add it to whipped curd - sugar smooth mixture. Mix well. Pour prepared Kesar Shrikand in serving bowl. Keep Refrigerate till the time to use/ serve.

    Serve,/ Relish Chilled Kesar Shrikand with soft wheat puris & dry potato / aloo subzi in lunch/ dinner.
