Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 4brinjal long
  3. 8small onion
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspchat masala
  9. 2 tbspmustard oil
  10. 2 tspChopped green coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take a potato peel and cut in wedges dip in water.Take a brinjal wash and cut in 4 inch pcs.Take a onion peel and slit.

    Take a all spices mix and stuff in brinjal pcs and slit onion.

    Take a wok put mustard oil then oil smoked put potatoes pcs stir in 5 minutes after 5 minutes put brinjal pcs and onion cover with lid then cook in slow heat.

    After cook sprinkle green coriander.serve potato,brinjal and stuffed onion.
