Ingredients

8 to 10 person
  1. For rabdi
  2. 1 1/2 litremilk
  3. 200 gmcondensed milk
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. As neededSaffron thread
  6. for sugar syrup
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1cupsugar
  9. As neededGhee
  10. 1 packetAtta bread
  11. 4 tspAlmond Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a non stick pan npour milk in pan heat the milk.boil milk.stir continuously.15 mints letter add all ingredients and stir mix. U adjust gas flam high low as your choice.it's tak minimum 45 minutes.

    It's half done, check thickness and off the flame and allow to cool them.and than put into the fridge for sometime.take a bread and cut into the tringle shap,heat the ghee in a pan and fry the bread.take a small pan add sugar and water.turn on gas and make sugar syrup.

    Now take a serving palte.put fried bread slices in plate.pour the sugar syrup inthe bread. And than pour the rabdi mixture on the bread.ready to eat. Enjoy..
