Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcurd
  2. 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 1.5 cupsuji (semolina)
  5. 1/2 cupmaida
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 TSPbaking soda
  9. Dry fruits
  10. Tuti fruti (optionals)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and put curd and sugar mix it well make a smooth.

    Add oil and mix the mixture.

  3. 3

    Add suji and maida and 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Rest the batter for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add rest over milk. Baking powder and baking soda and mix the batter.

  6. 6

    Greeze the kadai pour some flour on it.

  7. 7

    Put the batter in kadai. Tap the kadai to set the batter proper.

  8. 8

    Add some dry fruits on it.

  9. 9

    Place the kadai on low heat for 30_35 minutes.
