Ingredients

  1. 250 gmslady' finger
  2. 1onion
  3. 1-2green chilli, red chilli
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspraw mango poeder or lemon juice
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  10. 1-1/2 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1/4 tspcarom seed (optional)
  13. 1 pinchasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    First, wash the ladyfinger and let it dry or wipe with cloth.

    Cut the ladyfinger in round shape and cut onion also.

    Heat oil in kadhai, crackle cumin, carom seed and asafoetida. Now add whole chilli and onions and fry 1 minute on medium flame.

    Now add sabji and turmeric, chilli, coriander mix well and cook on low flame without covering up keep stirring in meanwhile cooking.

    Now in last add and lemon juice and cook on high flame for some time. Keep stirring. Add garam masala,and turn off flame. Serve with Parantha or roti.
