  1. Ingredients : 500g (1lb) chicken breasts,
  2. 30 mlcubed
  3. (2 tbsp) oil
  4. 4potato cut in small piece
  5. 2onions golden brown 1 onion rough
  6. 1 tspchopped
  7. 2Zeera
  8. tomato (puree)
  9. 1 tspHaldi powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 2 tbspginger garlic paste to taste salt

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Fry the chicken with oil, 1 tsp lehsan adrak paste and zeera on a high heat to remove water from meat.

    Dice the onions and cook in oil until golden brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and onion paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, dashi chicken powder and fried chicken.

    Add some water for gravy. Cook for 5 minutes on a low heat till oil appears on top.

    Garnish it.Serve
