Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowl yellow dal
  2. 5-6 bowlswater
  3. 1finely chopped Onion
  4. 1finely chopped tomato
  5. 1 tbspnfinely chopped ginger
  6. 5,6 clovesfinely chopped garlic
  7. 1,2finely chopped green chilli
  8. 1 tbsp desi ghee
  9. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  10. as requiredChopped coriander leaves
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. to tasteRed chilli powder
  13. to tasteGaram masala
  14. 2 pinchesHing

Cooking Instructions

    Take cooker, add dal, water, turmeric and salt.

    Cook 10 minutes, on slow flame..

  3. 3

    Take a pan,add ghee when ghee is hot then add ginger, garlic, onion, tomato and some coriander leaves.

    Add all masalas and fry it and mixed in dal.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve hot.
