Cooking Instructions

    Take 4 medium-sized potatoes sliced them in square. Put them into 4 cups water with 2 tsp salt for boiling at least for 5 minutes on medium to high flame.

    Now take the potatoes out of the water. Now we will deep fry the potatoes. For that we have to do 2 times coating.

    In First coating, we will take 1 tbsp Plain flour and 1 tbsp rice flour. Mix them well. In second coating, make a thick paste of 2 tbsp of plain flour and rice flour. Now potatoes are ready for deep frying. Fry them well.

    After that in another pan, we will take 2 tbsp oil add garlic cloves, Sesame seeds, onion, Capsicum and stir them for a while.

    After that add Soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, black pepper.

    Now add 1/2 cup water.

    After that take a small bowl add 1 tsp cornflour and 3 tbsp water mix it well. And add this mixer in the pan for making it thick.

    Now add 2-3 spoon honey. Mix it well.

    Now it's ready. Sprinkle some spring onion. Serve hot and enjoy the yummy snack
