Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • 4 tbspcornflour
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tsptomato ketchup
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tsphoney
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel.wash and cut potatoes in a finger.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle little salt and 3 tbsp cornflour on it.

  3. 3

    Mix it.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry them.

  5. 5

    Remove extra oil from the pan.

  6. 6

    Add chopped garlic.

  7. 7

    Put chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.

  8. 8

    Add fried potatoes.

  9. 9

    In a bowl of water dissolve 1 tbsp cornflour and put in the mixture.

  10. 10

    Stir well

  11. 11

    Off the gas and drizzle honey on it.

  12. 12

    Serve hot.
