Cooking Instructions

Piyaz tamatar ko chotay size me kat lein. potato aur baingan ko kat kar namak ke pani me 15-20 min bhigo dein

Lehsan ko bareek kat lein

Karahi me oil garam kar ke methi dana add karen aur light brown kar lein.

Phir isme chopped lehsan add kar ke light brown kar lein.

Tomato aur onion ko grind kar lein.

Phir oil me shamil kar ke thora bhunain

Phir usme haldi aur kuti hoi mirch shamil kar ke masala bhunain.

Salt add karden.

Phir potato and baingan add kar dein

Half cup water b add karden aur sabziyon ko halki anch par galne ke liye chorh dein.

Karahi ko dhakkan se 20 min ke liye cover karden.

Mazedar baingan Aloo ready hai.dish out karlen.
