Potatoes and pasta doughnut kabab

This is my kids favourite because it shape like doughnut . I always make this kabab with with pasta and potatoes with all spices and adding any time of meat in any form like minced or shredded both way having good result . This trying little different I have left over pasta so made with this because in ramzan we have varities of food . Iftar time we have 6 item at a time so some dish always left. So don’t want to waste the food made this yummy pasta and potatoes doughnut shape kabab.I use beef minced, I have tried with chicken minced and shredded chicken.
Cooking Instructions

First mashed potatoes and pasta then add minced mix with hands

Then add all ingredients and mix smoothly it will form like a dough shape

Put this mix in freezer for 30 mins

Now grease hand with oil and make a doughnut shape then deep fry it
