  1. 1 cupUrad dal
  2. 2chillies
  3. 1/4 inchginger
  4. 1big onion - finely chopped
  5. 1 bunchcurry leaves
  6. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  7. 2 tbsprice flour
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1/8 tsphing
  12. Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the urad dal for 1 hour.

    After that add the soaked urad dal to mixer jar.  Then add chillies, ginger and grind it well.

    Add the rice flour, salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder and hing and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add the finely chopped onions, curry leaves and curry leaves to the batter.

    Heat oil in pan and drop small amount of batter in the oil.

    Deep fry both the sides to golden colour.
