Cooking Instructions

Pour warm water into a clean cup

Add in yeast

Cover and let it sit for 5mins

Sieve flour

Add milk

Give it a quick whisk

Pour in (proven) yeast

Mix well, and sprinkle water little by little until a soft dough is form

Transfer to a surface, add in butter

And knead for 25-20mins

Until a nice, soft, dough is formed, cover with kitchen towel and set aside for a few minutes

Cut baking paper into small pieces

Divide dough

Into six pieces

Take one at a time and mould into circle

Place on d cut b.paper and do the same for the rest

Now brush surface with melted butter, cover and allow to rise

Fry on a very very very low heat
