  1. For chicken marination :-
  2. 1/4 kgboneless chicken cubes
  3. 1egg white
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tbspred chilli flakes
  6. 2 tbspcornflour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. Ingredients for manchurian sauce :-
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  11. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  12. 2 tbspvinegar
  13. 1 tbsphot sauce
  14. 2tsps soy sauce
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. 2 tbspketchup
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. 1chicken cube
  19. 2 cupswater
  20. as neededSalt
  21. 1/4 cupsquared capsicum
  22. 1/4 cupcircular cut carrots
  23. 1/4 cupspring onions
  24. 1 tbspcornflour
  25. 1/2 cupwater
  26. Fried rice :-
  27. 1 tbspoil
  28. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  29. 3 cupsBoiled rice
  30. 1/2 cupsliced cabbage
  31. 1/4 cupsliced capsicum
  32. 1/4 cupcarrot sliced
  33. 1/2 cupspring onion leaves
  34. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  35. 1 tsppepper
  36. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly marinate the chicken cubes with all the ingredients listed for marination. Set aside for 15 minutes

    Deep fry the chicken cubes until golden. Set aside on an absorbent paper.

    Prepare manchurian sauce : In a pan take oil and saute garlic for 30 seconds then add ginger and cook for another 30 seconds. Add all the sauces mentioned (vinegar, soysauce, hot sauce, ketchup). Now add the spices mentioned (salt, red chilli powder, sugar). Let it cook a bit. Now add chicken cube then add water and let the sauce heat up a bit. Add the veggies and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

    Separately dissolve cornflour in water and gradually to the sauce to thicken it. Once the desired consistency is reached, switch off the flame. Manchurian sauce is ready.

    Now prepare fried rice. In a pot add oil, saute garlic then add boiled rice, all the remaining veggies, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix. Switch off the stove. Keep the rice covered. Your fried rice are ready.

    Now dish out your rice by stuffing them in a bowl and then invert it on your serving dish. Pour the sauce beside the rice and enjoy your meal. ❤
